We make contract with customers full RMA agreement and
product can be returned in 1 month with Credit Notes as below

• BUYER may claim RMA process on faulty goods by the result of BUYER's inspection and BUYER's claim on the return should be done by e-mail on or before 30 days from SELLER’s DHL's airway bill date.
• When BUYER claims the return of the faulty goods, BUYER shall provide technical inspection report which describes the details.
• BUYER shall send the faulty goods by air courier with BUYER’s cost on or before 15 days from the date of claim.
• SELLER shall issue credit note to BUYER with 100% invoice value of claimed goods on or before 5 days from the arrival date of returned goods. And the amount of credit note shall be deducted from the BUYER’s payment for the next purchasing order.

The market for used phones and refurbished phones of 2019 is estimated around 200 million units, and is expected to grow by 15% to 20% each year. By the following reasons, the value of used smartphones from South Korea is expected to rise.
